MM DESIGN: DEVELOPING THE ADAPTIVE, TRANSFORMATIONAL AND INSPIRATIONAL LEADER
The MM program design is anchored on a three-stage process that will develop different facets of the individual's leadership skills, talents and attitudes.
MM SKILLS ACQUISITION
All case discussions hone the students' managerial decision-making skills. In addition to regular case sessions, the MM also employs 1 x 10 discussions (one professor, ten students) to allow more participation versus the larger case discussions. |
