The first module hopes to develop the Adaptive Leader who seeks out and seizes opportunities for the organization. During this module, the student will sharpen competencies for environmental analysis, industry, market and micro market analysis, stakeholder analysis, and technical analysis in order to assess and evaluate opportunities. Skills to assess the internal environment of the enterprise, its various functions and programs are also enhanced.
The second module of the program aspires to develop the Transformational Leader who devises the corporate strategies of the organization. The second module heightens the individuals competency in overall corporate strategizing and functional strategizing. The third module completes the formation of the Inspirational Leader who implements the strategic plan and leads the organization with his/her mind, heart and soul.
The third module develops the individuals skills in action programming and sustainability. Delivered through a combination of classroom and hands-on learning methodologies, the MM program creates an unparalleled learning environment that promotes not only the mastery of managerial tools and techniques but also the personal leadership styles of the individuals. The MM program is a wholistic approach towards molding the future business leaders and strategic thinkers of Asia.
